Legislators Exempt Legislators And Others From PFAS Liability; Saundra Traywick - ROPE Report Short

Saundra Traywick of Oklahoma's only Donkey Dairy, has been studying the effects of BIOSLUDGE (Humanure/Biosolids) since it was first dumped next to her farm several years ago.

After nearly being run off their property by the smell, Saundra found that this, so-called fertilizer made from sewage solids, can contain 'forever chemicals' like PFAS that have been shown to cause cancer and 'gender-bending' chemicals like atrizine

For three years, the Traywick's have been working with Oklahoma senator Shane Jett to try and stop the use of biosludge in Oklahoma, where it's usually spread on crop lands that are used for hay, or animal grazing.

Unfortunately, at least one permit for the use of biosludge, belongs to an Oklahoma legislator - Representative Kevin Wallace, Chair of the House Appropriations and Budget Committee.

How many other legislators are using biosludge on their farmland is unknown, however we do know that application is free for the farmer who uses it - unlike those who choose to pay for fertilizer application, or rent livestock to do that job. We also know from Saundra that no less than three bills have been run in the Oklahoma legislature to ban or otherwise control the use of biosludge, but none have passed.

Today, HB2305 will not only NOT protect the people of Oklahoma from the toxic effects of biosludge in their drinking water and/or food, but - as the EPA gets closer to regulating the amount of PFAS in drinking water - it will EXEMPT the sellers of this crap, like Synagro and the end users who spread it on their property, to name a few.

Just like BIG PHARMA's vaccine manufacturers can inject people with substances all the while knowing they don't ever have to be responsible for the end results, our Oklahoma House just voted nearly unanimously (thank you Rick West and Tom Gann for voting NO!) to protect everyone from the effects of biosludge - and the same with the Senate (and thanks to the whole 10 of you who voted NO! 👊💖) - but those who need protecting most - the PEOPLE.

Truly, it should be in the daily lexicon of every legislator - to ask before voting on ANY bill - does it protect the liberty of the people whom I represent? If it doesn't, the VOTE must be NO.

There's no way a bill that seeks to 'hold harmless' those people perpetrating and/or allowing biosludge to effect Oklahomans through their food, air and water, is protecting their liberty! Instead of creating exemptions, legislators should be working together to BAN the use of biosludge across Oklahoma!

Privacy Policies can Protect Perpetrators; V1SUT - ROPE Report Short

V1SUT tells us that as she has researched MANY of her articles, she's finding more and more often that privacy policies adopted by all sorts of state agencies - from schools to police departments - are shrouding the transparency of a number of instances in which adults are hurting/abusing children/students in some way.

During the research on her article about a 9 yo boy served a VPO at school without his parents present, V1SUT documents how it might be time to have cameras in classrooms to keep students safe.

See the full video for V1SUT's FULL explanation into what she found during her research and how students are falling through the privacy cracks on both our YouTube and Rumble channels.

How Does A 9 YO Get A VPO Against Him? V1SUT; ROPE Report Short

A 9 YO boy in Shawnee was recently served a Victim's Protective Order AT SCHOOL (without a parent present) by a police officer, not the School Resource Officer. How does a little boy get served a VPO? When the mother of the 'victim' goes through a taxpayer-funded non-profit organization founded to help women who are victims of sexual harassment or sexual abuse and the judge in the case disregards ALL the guidance provided for serving a VPO, that's how. Interestingly, the judge in this case is connected to Shawnee Public Schools (who have recently been in the headlines for housing the now-sentenced sexual predator coach, Ron Arthur) through her husband - currently on administrative leave - an intern in her office from SPS and a sister who is a teacher in the district. V1SUT's story illustrates well what happens when the ADULTS in the government school system who are supposed to be protecting the children in their care are not taking their job seriously enough. You Must Speak Out - Robbie McCommas; ROPE Report Short

When we tell people that they have to speak out to make changes in the events taking place around them, they say one (or all) of three things: 1. I don't know what to do 2. I don't have time 3. I don't know what to say.

Robbie McCommas, faced with staring down wind turbines around her property, decided to go to a community meeting being held by the wind energy company attempting to sign on farms for wind turbines, though she hadn't been invited.

Not only did she attend, but when it came time for comments or questions, she stood up and told a story about what happened to their friends when wind turbines took over the property around them.

After that, she collected two pages of signatures from attendees which later turned into a Facebook page and another community meeting to stop wind turbines in their county.

YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE! WATCH AND SEE HOW!

Wind Energy Is About PROPERTY RIGHTS; ROPE Report Short - Jeff McCommas

Lincoln County resident, Jeff McCommas tells ROPE the real bottom line behind wind energy - getting access to your private property. This is a short video from the most watched live video we've done in our history. The entire video is a MUST WATCH either on our YouTube or our Rumble channel - especially if you - or someone you know - is a land owner who's been approached by a wind energy company. If this is the level of deception required to get property owners to sign, then what else about wind energy is deceptive? Do not sign anything until you've watched the video and talked to an attorney or someone on the Facebook page, No Wind Turbines Lincoln County.

How Many Predators In OK Public Schools? Sherrie Conley - ROPE Report Short

Oklahoma House Rep Sherrie Conley talks about her bill (HB3958), which makes it a punishable offense for school employees to communicate with students one-on-one through any phone or computer apps without express parental permission.

While doing research for the bill, Sherrie found an indication of the number of people in Oklahoma who have lost their teaching licenses due to confirmed allegations of child predation.

Truly, when one thinks about the number of children each predator averages before they are caught by a system, this is simply a tragic circumstance for our children in public schools. This has to stop.

Please support HB3958 and help prevent as many cases of child predation as possible.

Economic Development Puts 'Community' Before Individual - Julianne Romanello; ROPE Report Short

Though we all want to be able to believe there is a job for us when we need/want one, economic development today has begun to put the needs of the 'community' above the needs of the individual.

Often we hear economic developers talk about the importance of 'public investment' for private enterprises because these will have impacts for the community.

Take, for example, the public, tax-dollar 'investment' that went into electric car manufacturer Canoo so that people in Pryor, OK, could have jobs. Yes, of course we want employed citizens - they contribute to those things the government SHOULD be funding, like roads (not busses or street cars) and public safety - and employed citizens often feel more fulfilled when they have jobs - but what happens when taxpayer dollars are used to help a private company provide jobs in an area of the state where taxed payers may not even live?

This private company now has an advantage over the other private companies that did NOT receive government assistance and taxpayers lost part of the fruits of their labors to a community where they don't even live.

This has to stop. Government should be protecting the rights of individuals, not the rights of companies, or communities - not even to provide jobs.

We're Moving Away From A Rights-Based Society - Julianne Romanello; ROPE Report Short

Wednesday morning (4.10.23), Julianne, Jenni and Michael talked about how American society is moving from a rights-based society - where the government protects our rights as described in the Constitution - to a values-based society - where the government is more interested in taxing the property of citizens to provide entertainment and establishing public/private partnerships to create jobs, than protecting our property and private businesses.

Though Klaus Schwab never actually said, "You'll own nothing and be happy", the World Economic Forum (WEF) has stated enough of their goals for the "Great Reset" to make any genuine thinker nervous about that kind of idea. All one has to do is make note of a giant amusement park in little Vinita, Oklahoma, and the fact that people were displaced from their property (annexed) on little more than an estimation that the city will receive in excess of 70 million in tax revenue thanks to the park.

Then consider the Oklahoma City MAPS tax that built a stadium (The Ford Center/Paycom Center) which is now no longer considered big enough so that Oklahoma City tax payers were propagandized into voting for yet another tax to build yet another new stadium.

Isn't it the government's job to protect the 'fruits of our labor', so that we may use it how we see fit, not provide us endless entertainment opportunities that only enrich the owners while charging those who can, often, ill-afford the price of tickets?

Isn't it the job of PRIVATE owners and developers to take on the risk - as well as the reward - of creating large entertainment/business projects? How did that become the taxpayers burden to bear?

We must decide; do we want to own nothing (via excessive taxation) and be endlessly entertained, or do we want to privately own those things we have privately worked to own?

ROPE Report Short - Public Meeting Agendas Don't Cover Meeting Items

What happens when you go to a meeting and you look at the agenda, but you know that SOMETHING that's either been said or done by the Board you're following ISN'T ON THE AGENDA?

Unfortunately, it happens more often than the public might want to believe. This type of activity is against the Oklahoma Open Meeting Law, but what do you do?

Municipal attorney Beth Anne Childs explains that - especially if the neglected item is a contract - the public can confront the Board with a Qui Tam action. Ms. Childs explains that here.

ROPE Report Short - How Public Schools Keep Your Property Taxes High

Kendal, Michael and Jenni talk about the CONFUSING part of school bonds - sinking funds, millage rates - so that you can understand how government schools purposefully keep your property tax rates high so that they can continue to bring in as much money as possible each year.

When will this stop? Can our property taxes ever go down? You might be surprised at the answer!

Find out what these things are and what is the Excise Board? How do are they involved in school bonds and property taxes? What about the County Assessor?

And don't forget, because of property taxes Oklahomans DON'T OWN THEIR OWN PROPERTY - the state does, so they can fund government schools.

ROPE Report Short - School Bond Conflicts of Interest

Jenni, Michael and Kendal talk about how school bonds are often shamelessly promoted by the people who will make money off the projects the school bonds create.

Contractors, bond writers - organizations and individuals that make their living off of public schools (tax dollars) - promote or otherwise engage in helping the public 'decide' to vote for the school bond.

This is simple conflict of interest, yet because EVERY bond is FOR THE KIDS and anyone against the bond is painted as HATING KIDS, those with monetary self-interest in seeing the bond pass, are able to convince the public to vote for the bond.

Sadly, SCHOOL BONDS RAISE PROPERTY TAXES and because we owe property taxes to the school through the state Assessor's office, OKLAHOMANS NEVER ARE ABLE TO OWN THEIR OWN PROPERTY.

Think about that. You don't own your own property because a school "needs" a new gym or "needs" a renovation. This is wrong, yet it happens every year while people support it and make excuses for the system.

ROPE Report Short - What Is The PPRA? Can It Stop School Surveys?

What is the Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment (PPRA)? The Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment (PPRA) applies to the programs and activities of a state education agency (SEA), local education agency (LEA), or other recipient of funds under any program funded by the U.S. Department of Education. It governs the administration to students of a survey, analysis, or evaluation that concerns one or more of the following eight protected areas:

political affiliations or beliefs of the student or the student’s parent;

mental or psychological problems of the student or the student’s family;

sex behavior or attitudes;

illegal, anti-social, self-incriminating, or demeaning behavior;

critical appraisals of other individuals with whom respondents have close family relationships;

legally recognized privileged or analogous relationships, such as those of lawyers, physicians, and ministers;

religious practices, affiliations, or beliefs of the student or student’s parent;

or income (other than that required by law to determine eligibility for participation in a program or for receiving financial assistance under such program).

PPRA also concerns marketing surveys and other areas of student privacy, parental access to information, and the administration of certain physical examinations to minors. The rights under PPRA transfer from the parents to a student who is 18 years old or an emancipated minor under state law. https://studentprivacy.ed.gov/faq/wha...

How are parents being kept from notifications for surveys that ask about all these things and more? Watch and find out!

ROPE Report Short - What Are The Election Influences In Your Neighborhood?

Jenni and Michael talked about Dark Money and other election influences during their March 27th edition of ROPE Report Live. Jenni has talked a lot about dark money over the last couple years, but there are so many other things that influence our elections today - not only is dark money paying for push cards/mailers, television, radio and social media, but also text messaged "push" polls, which attempt to "push" you into voting for a candidate based on poll questions, text messages asking you to "thank" candidates who are also running for Senate Pro Temp and individuals and organizations spending multiple hundreds of thousands of dollars on candidates across all kinds of elections.

In this clip, Jenni talks a bit about the federal law that prevents the use of foreign money in elections. We have a huge marijuana industry now in Oklahoma - and in fact, we're the number one state in terms of illegal exportation of marijuana. Where is that money going? Could it be funding dark money social welfare organizations? How do we know dark money isn't coming from foreign sources? Shouldn't we care?
