This was truly a powerful study that informed the Oklahoma public that it was being spied upon by the software that accompanies Automatic License Plate Readers being utilized by Oklahoma's law enforcement agencies - solely ONLY ALLOWED to 'police' the state's mandatory compulsory car insurance law.
